So... lets say his first life was a Japanese Earther

His "First" reincarnate happened and he started to live in this Fantasy world, then later somehow died

then the "Second" was him being the Emperor of Thunder and died cause of a illness

And finally the "Third" current, kid with Emperor power.

So... I wonder what his "first reincarnate" was... hmm...

Since it said in his second, he picked "Persistence" and "Reincarnate" as his special skills.

But we have no idea what his "first 2 special skills were" (if given any)

ALSO, the Third (current) reincarnate, he said he didn't need any skills...but does that mean he doesn't have the "Reincarnate" skill anymore? (meaning if he die this time, it's literally Game Over?)

This guy at least worked for it and wasn't even given any new talent, just extra time to surpass his limits.

I understand the nuisance of chopped up chaters, however if it bothers you then why not hold of on a chapter until its completed ?

I'm seeing the setting is like NG+ with MC starting at lv1 but with max stats that can still grow again from lv1 despite the growth rate is not great. So it's like: i.e.
Lv1 Talented mages = 10 base stats + really high growth rate +10/lv, 1000 at lvMax
Lv1 MC now = 600+6 base stats (because he never reached the peak where talented mages could) + moderate growth rate +6/lv, 600+600 at lvMax.

Personal rant:
On one hand, some readers want the chapters to be caught up as the latest update, on the other hand, some readers want each chapter to be accumulated fully only to be then scanlated and released, in the end it's like Scanlation groups can't win because it's either one way or another so one side would surely complain and demand their way... It's not like the groups scanlate 24/7 or purposely scanlate poorly to troll readers, they are people with a life not tools.
Rationally, releasing chapter in parts according to the official release arrangement/schedule is just making more sense for me because if one wants to read a chapter in full they could have just put the chapter parts on hold until it's full only then read it (which is what I do for some mangas), the Scanlation groups are really not forcing anyone to read them in parts if the readers don't want to.

@Druidacious @greyhud90 The publisher (Square Enix) is the one that splits the chapters, not us. We aim to keep the series up to date, even if it means continuing to release the series in its original parts. Also, please do not assume my gender.

@Doomer Actually he only said he needed more time, not that he was unable to grow. He just grows slowly, too slowly to beat anyone in a normal lifetime.

Basically he could reach the peak with more time but humans only live so long. If he had immortality of some sort it would have solved his problems just like a certain "archmage(?)". So having another lifetime to reach the peak will let him do it, maybe.

In the end he should have just asked for time if anything or should be trying to gain a longer life through magic.
