Anyone know what Foshan or who Xiguan is? Tried looking them up and only got info about cities, not a fighting style or fighting master.
Agree it's odd held back on using the spears until the end although if the point was to stall for time rather than beat the enemy outright it makes sense. Not sure why would need to stall for time unless ordered though. Could be to locate and eliminate enemy reinforcements or powerful weapons which were being held back either to save money or avoid making a scene by using ordinance too powerful to use without getting in a lot of trouble on multiple levels unless needed. That or wanted to avoid using spears as much as possible to prevent word spreading about them being stored there to enemies or greedy nobles/military personnel who'd want to seize and cash in on them. Although weren't the spears suppose to have been made from Dragon Queen's spine? Did she get a lot of material to make them with or does this mean she can't make any more spears?
