You have to pay to read the LN unfortunately (#IBePoorSoIGuessIWon'tBeReading), but the WN is completely free to read. I'd say this certain event happens around C20~ish tho.

@TomKeizer & @Wolvenworks, I understand that's the attitude of the king and the adults, but his teacher and classmate should have done something about it. Not like they've got lower influence in the school than the lower nobles. They recognize their desire to be on his side, but during five years that he attends school, they completely fail to improve his reputation there, even despite his outstanding achievements. No excuse. (Especially the princess, who's supposed to be groomed to be the next leader of the country.)

Well, I'm glad they cut the school-life short as it was getting boring with the same old asshats with puckered duck lips that make them look like they're constantly sucking each other's dicks while circle-jerking one another. Perpetual DSL.

With nothing new being introduced yet, the only good reason to continue reading this is to see if some of said asshats finally die.

I really hate a manga that too kind on villains and an MC whose attitude is like some kind of saint.

@Zael in the opinion that they're either not entirely wanting to improve Rio's status (the royal dick move), or that the nobles are putting up a far more solid defense against him being upgraded than we'd thought (the noble dick move)

@Zael, actually the plan by the royals was to monitor Rio in the academy all this time. There was never any plan to improve his standing.

@RhoninFire totally agreed. The crown family is indebted to Rio, and during five years they don't manage to do a single thing to improve his standing. Can't even use their influence to come to his defence. Like completely useless royals.
