If I made a big show of some spoiled brat pouring wine into a missile launcher because they didn't know what it even was, and that directly resulted in an enemy attack being able to land in that spoiled brat's district of the city, I'd probably let the attack land right on him. Something to show that, while they say ignorance is bliss, sometimes it's also a means for the universe to play a joke on you.

On the other hand, most of that whole situation just makes the kids look like idiots for no apparent reason other than to make this whole stupid situation possible. Who leaves a fucking missile launcher out in the middle of town with such little cover, right where literally any dumb schmuck can walk right up to it?
